The products I received were of poor quality and did not live up to my expectations, despite their claims that they offered the newest and best crafting trends. My frustration increased when I contacted their customer service department to voice my complaints and was met with unhelpful and dismissive answers. Overall, I would not advise anyone looking for high-quality goods or helpful customer service to purchase from JANDJPACKAGING.
