Excellent optics. Image stabilization is great. Excellent menu. didn't take long to load. The guide is a poop as it's not really a 'manual' for this item so you end up guessing how to do things on the menu. The good news is that it didn't last long. DO NOT ask me NOW how the hell I found a place to set the date and time. I've wandered around in it quite a bit. The instructions should tell you exactly how to navigate the menus, which they don't. BUT THE THING WORKS. I checked the photos and the photos turned out great. I think you need to be a bit taller when zooming or your target will end up at the bottom of the image. It's better than picking up binoculars, noticing something, and then trying to grab the camera for what I wanted it for. For the money I'm happy. PLEASE DO NOT ask me what to do with this camera. All I need to know is how to turn it on and how to take a picture and you can find out for yourself. The menu is quite extensive so feel free to explore it yourself. By the way, there was NO lens cleaning cloth in the box.
