Review on Work Sharp WSCMB Consistent Long Lasting by Candice Cooksey

I have several knife sharpeners including the original Work Sharp belt system. I bought it because it looked easier and quicker to use than the original. To a certain extent this is correct. My only complaint is with the "sharpening" ceramic rod. That didn't work for me at all. Even with practice I could not improve the edge. Also, I haven't been able to fully clean it, despite the instructions saying it's easy to clean with an eraser. I used this sharpener as instructed and also used a 12 inch ceramic stick (10 strokes on each side) and sharpener (10 strokes on each side). I'm not sure if I got much simplicity or speed, but this combination gave a big advantage. on my fillet knife.
