My original remote stopped working - for several days I pressed the button and most of the time nothing happened. Other days he would happily change channels or turn the volume up and down - I'm a proponent of remotes with those skills on my resume. My gyal is a fast fan too, she's not that fast so she always loses in toe to toe game and has to get out of bed and change channels. So I bought this replacement more as a gift for her (her abs look amazing!). I found and ordered this remote control from Revain. Put in a few batteries and we're back in business. I like this remote more than the one that came with the TV (but maybe I like its new and clean look :) Update: it's been a few months and it works great!
