Ordered twice, received two different versions

I ordered this to install and test on one bike before ordering it for my second bike as well. I installed it and I love it! Fits perfectly on my universal locks and holds them securely in place. I then ordered another for my second bike and received the same sealed box and part number, but a different version of the cover (and missing the large countersunk screw). The second is thicker aluminum and feels more durable. It is also designed to accept a socket head cap screw instead of a countersunk screw. Maybe that's why there was no screw? The ideal product would be a second one (thicker and stronger) with an additional socket head screw to fit the countersunk hole. I will contact the seller to see how they can rectify this situation and I will let you know as soon as they do so.
