This unit was pretty easy to install. There are several reasons why I gave 2 stars. 1) We can't connect the key fob. I've tried several times, this may be because the instructions are a bit difficult to understand and seem poorly translated into English. 2) We cannot change the lock code. Again, this may be because the instructions are difficult to understand due to the way they are written. For me these were pretty big issues as I bought a device for a rented camper van. The plan was to have a key fob in case the renter manages to change the code on me. I also wanted the codes to change so I can change them between renters. Right now I'm stuck on the factory code and people can share the code with others or go back to the device without permission or google the device to find out how to change it themselves and if they figure out how to do it then I don't have a working key fob have to input.
