Very intuitive, simple to learn, good training programs for new hires, solid customer service and support team. Sometimes slow to respond when changes are made but overall great system! Would be nice if they could speed up their approval times a bit sometimes. Really liked how easy it was to set-up processes that track what is needed as far as documentation goes. It helped our organization create templates which streamlined some repetitive tasks we had in order to improve patient safety. I like that Care Logistics is an integrated platform, which makes it easy to track everything from patient registration to billing to discharge. The ability to set up alerts for high risk patients or specific procedures helps us keep our patients safe. It's a little confusing at first but once you figure out how to navigate it, it works well. We have been able to streamline processes and make sure we are doing all we can to provide the best care possible.
