Since the month of May 2022, I have started using. The flask, which is already riddled with fissures of various sizes and appears to be in a very frightening state, is likely going to be switched out for one made of brass in the not too distant future. I was concerned that it was a knock-off, so I went to Honeywell's main website and looked at the plate that explained the meaning of the term "counterfeit." However, it turned out to be an authentic product, and I obtained it from a trustworthy vendor. Has pros: The water comes out of the tap, however the color of the water for only the first couple of seconds after turning it on is slightly yellow. Got cons: The rust on the grid can only be removed by unscrewing the flask because flushing through a ball valve is ineffective.
