The coated metal back of the block fell off after 20km

maybe I have a defective block or they are just bad quality. In any case, less than two weeks after installation and only about 20 miles, the coated metal backing on one of the pads fell off and caught between the caliper and the pad making a loud noise. Do yourself a favor and buy better pads.
