I use Magic Stitch for most of my small diameter knits and the braids are perfect, very flexible

I have quite a few IC needle tips, all for Pride Knitters. I have to say the quality is excellent. I've never had connection problems on my ICs or solid needles. Smooth connections and if you use a wrench to secure the connection you won't have a problem with losing stitches if the cable comes loose. I use the Magic Loop for most of my small diameter knits and the cords are perfect, very flexible.
