It does what it says on the tin
It's perfect for compressing springs and replacing rocker arms once you get the hang of it. However, if you want to remove the 4.6-3v lash adjusters you will need to remove the camshaft. I wasn't aware of that before buying. No problem as all my lash concealers were still good but FYI if you want to remove the last few you need something else.
