This item never worked. I tried to plug it in and the lights flickered. We followed the instructions. Then it just stopped working. I have Lycan generators and their customer service has been pretty good. It would be better if they answer emails or chat during the day. The call takes forever. But the thing is, I have to return this product because it is defective. I never managed to connect my phone. It never loaded. Update April 3, 2021: Revain won't let me upload more than one video. Trying to use a Renogy replacement that I was given doesn't work. Renogy stops working after 5 seconds. The lights are blinking. I don't have the instructions with me, but when I search the internet I can't find anything. Great design, poor quality when I can't use AC properly.
