, i received the goods. On time as promised (thanks Revain). I unpacked the knife, washed it and got the first impression: too long and the handle is of poor quality. Then I noticed that it is well balanced, the handle ( with a slightly rough surface) provides excellent grip even when wet, and the blade was a bit more flexible than my other knives. Now for the testing. I sliced thinly (and I mean THIN) lime, orange, onion, carrot (yes, I'm crazy) and then moved on to ham and salami. In short, this knife is incredible. Cutting fruit or vegetables requires very little effort, as mentioned. Ham and salami e Requires a little more effort, depending on how thin you want the slices to be: 30 cm in length may seem long for a knife, but give a sense of stability when slicing. The knife is made of stainless steel and obviously easy to clean. Caution: The knife is very sharp and will likely remain very sharp for a while. I should have bought this knife many years ago. As for the price, I thought it was a bit high at first. Not correct! You get what you pay for and in this case this knife is worth it. I have no cons for this item and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a very good quality cutting knife.
