So this one has a little history. I have a 10K trailer with a 950 lb drawbar. During an overland trip from Los Angeles, California to Nashville, Tennessee, one of the luggage racks broke on the road. I called Kurt at 4:50pm and got in touch with one of their tech support reps. He was able to call the local representative in New Mexico and stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of. I was ordered at 8am this morning to go to Curt's dealer for a replacement under warranty. The store called Kurt and 20 minutes later I was at the door with a brand new setup. They even paid the local van shop to assemble a new rig for me and ship the old one back. Now $1 out of my pocket. My only warning to you: Have 25% of the tongue weight ready. Example: 750 pounds per tongue = 1000 pounds per tongue.
