Looks new on the outside. Bought, installed, but the bike will not start. So thinking it was something simple, I opened up the carburetor and found that it was completely damaged inside. Shot peening is used to clean the outside of the carburetor by plugging every bore and hole in the carburetor. Each diaphragm and seal has never been replaced and is completely stripped and worn with holes in the diaphragm for the main jet needle valve. Only the idle jet was replaced. The main jet was still in stock. The needle valve was slightly bent, causing it to dangle in the main jet seat.
