Review on 🔧 Hollow Steel General Tools 1280M by Justin Steele

These are inaccurate instruments. I ordered 10mm, when it arrived it was stamped 3/8 and 10.0. The actual measurement was somewhere between the two, ranging from 9.87 to 9.97mm in diameter. It was sharp enough to cut #4 plastic, corrugated and cereal box cardboard. I'm sure it will cut through leather and most rubber pads with one good punch. I use it with a small hammer and a nylon cutting board, it cuts in one good stroke. / Hammer side. I don't think it's hardened tool steel. I keep it in the finger of an old work glove with a few drops of oil.
