Good quality. Decent guide but outdated (current on site). Installation takes time.

Good product. Looks well made. My 2500 had a sport package with Bilstein shock absorbers. I was reluctant to swap but didn't want to use shock extensions so I went with their shocks. The ride is now as good or better than with the Bilstein shocks which surprised me (30km on Bilstein). Installation was difficult for one person. If you have the right equipment and don't have any problems, an experienced handyman will do it all in 3-4 hours. To do this, you need good stands and jacks. Raising the frame high enough for a jack without a good jack of strength and height will be difficult. used a couple jack stands as the truck was on stands to make things easier. The front is lighter than the back. The hardest part was removing one of the old shocks and adjusting the rear springs. It was also difficult to adjust the rear anti-roll bar (maybe that's wrong). The instructions I received were outdated and in black and white. You listed one shock absorber model, but I received two different models (see photo). The instructions on their website are up to date and color coded showing the new shocks and their correct placement. Alignment was not required, but the steering wheel shifted about 10 degrees. This cannot be fixed as my handlebar is welded due to a RAM recall. Not so hot what's up. The 1-inch lift in the rear doesn't seem to cancel out any of the 2.5 in the front. I wish I had taken some before and after. My only complaint is that they don't include shock boots. They're cheap and readily available, so why not just get one?

Pros
  • Offers OE-like smoothness | Aligns the front to the back.
Cons
  • For a long time
