Great racquet at a very reasonable price

I am a pool fan and just wanted my own racquet. Of course, there are many options that can be confusing for a beginner. But my goal was simply to get the most bang for your buck — my comfort level was around $50-$75, putting this choice on the low end of that scale. When buying a stick, the worst expectation is getting a stick that can be deformed or bent - don't worry, this one was absolutely perfect. Perfect rolling on the billiard table, no hesitation, no. The second is the tip, it has been perfectly shaped and pre-cleaned. I chose 19.5 oz, no regrets. The processing of the handle is impeccable. The grip I chose is a wrapped faux leather (it could be leather but I doubt it) which feels smooth but if you have wet hands it might not be the best choice and use a canvas strap. I dropped the linen packaging due to possible durability issues. However, the commercial degree was so unusual (for me) that I wrote to the seller and asked about it. The shaft from tip to 4 inches from tip is unfinished wood. While it's satin polished and glides perfectly on the guide hand, that seems dubious. Every other pool cue I've ever had. on was heavily crafted from start to finish. Of course they were all house replicas or just regular replicas. The seller responded and allowed them to purposely polish the surface of high-end replicas just to make them slide better, and that's how most experienced billiard players want them anyway - if they can't buy them like that, then they polish them themselves. That is new to me, but I can't disagree with the results. When I was visiting indoor swimming pools in my youth, there were chalk/powder conical shapes that we would rub our guide's hand over to minimize friction without always "grabbing" the cue. Of course, this chalk wound up everywhere, especially on felt. See everyone is wearing gloves. I bought gloves to use this stick - but I don't think I need to wear gloves, more on that later. Faux leather case and fully functional. Small pocket for extra chalk, gloves etc. Adjustable shoulder strap. Joint pads are new to me, they are plastic but they do the job - why not use them. In general, the product is very satisfied. I planned on getting a better stick when my progression called for it, but this item might just lead me deeper into the experiment. All the best, Dürr
