I used this item to replace a factory installed strut on my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. Due to suspension noise (after 45,000 miles) I replaced the stabilizer bar bushings, stabilizer end links and finally the strut mounts to eliminate the noise. It finally worked. Replacing the shelf supports is not easy, but it is doable for most handymen. A pneumatic screwdriver is practically necessary. It also requires the rental of spring rack compressors. And - in the end, do not forget the alignment of the front wheels. Aside from the fact that this product is made in India I have no complaints.
