My experience with Practice Partner has been great!
The ability for users who are not familiar or experienced in using software like this, it is easy enough that they can learn how quickly.
When I first got my account set up, there were things missing (such as being able to do more than just schedule appointments) but they have been working very hard at getting those features implemented. It would be great if we could create templates so that patients don't fill out their forms over again when seeing different providers within our organization. Also, creating reports has gotten easier.
Pros
- Very user friendly interface with many options available through drop downs instead having multiple fields needing completed by hand which saves time once you know what each option does! And best yet no matter your experience level everything seems fairly intuitive :)
Cons
- I wish sometimes an error message pops before completing certain steps such asking me whether i am sure about something.
- Not all data from past visits shows correctly
