I like that there are so many options for candidates in regards to pay ranges! It's great how customizable it can be depending upon what you're looking at or where your hiring needs lie. Also love all of their analytics as well - they do provide excellent data if used correctly!! We have been using Gradar since 2012 with good results. Honestly nothing major but we've noticed more companies coming onto board lately instead of just continuing along same path. There were some issues when first implementing such as getting employees trained etc., however now everything has run smoothly from our side which makes things easier than ever.
