Comes with an installation CD which was unusable as it was physically damaged. In any case, when installing on a computer with 64-bit Windows, you will need the help of a vendor. I granted it remote access, but it still took two sessions of 30+ minutes each to complete the installation. Note that video and web software is provided, however the video is in an unsupported format and the software requires advanced programming skills. It also provides a YouTube link without sound. This video doesn't sync well with the software download, so it's also pretty useless. The seller will do his best to install the software and then everything will be fine. Worked well to diagnose ABS/VSC issues on my Prius 07.
