It's an easy, seamless way to track your patient care in one place; however I wish we could have more granular view into our charting system than just "Inpatient" or "Outpatient". We are moving away from paper medical records towards this electronic approach as it will help us archive documentation easier for future use when possible patients die / move out etc - plus gives insight if something is not being documented (due to lack of time).
