The ability to be able to pull up any information in real time is incredible! We've been using it for over 5 years now, so we know how to navigate everything. It's very easy to use especially if you're familiar with other EMRs like MEDITECH. I wish there was an easier way to view patient labs or vitals without having to go into each individual record. The most helpful thing about using this program is that it allows me to easily manage all of my patient information, including appointments. I can also easily share information with other providers at different locations. It's easy for me to edit information once it has been entered into the system, but sometimes there are glitches in the system where data will not save properly. I like that it has all my providers in one place, which is very helpful for me as an RN to be able to see what services are needed at each visit/appointment! It also helps with patient continuity by having their information available when they come back into clinic or ER visits etc.. Fidelity is easy to use and has a great interface. The system is easy to navigate and has a lot of features.
