I buy D-Link routers, switches and now this wireless router because the setup is well organized and easy to understand. It's always important to set up any router (especially wireless routers) with the best possible security, and I think installing D-Link is very easy. Never fully trusting wireless network security, I had a bug in my security setup where only the wireless half or the LAN side could use the internet connection at the same time, but not both at the same time. Since this is my first time setting up a shared system, I could not enable the wireless client elements as part of my well-defined "network" on the DIR-655. But once I included them in the network definition on the DIR-655, the DIR-655 worked great with great security. I am using a wired network with a D-Link DL-604 router between the local side of the DIR-655 and my wired network. I am very satisfied with the DIR-655 and the technical support provided by D-Link.
