An absolute joke. Came without a USB Type CC cable (the whole reason I bought this monitor). When I contacted Revain they told me to contact the manufacturer. Thankfully, Lenovo has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Each number leads to a dead line. I ordered this for work from home and not only did it arrive late it came without all the parts required. Now I have to explain to my boss that I won't be able to work normally from home for about a week (during the COVID-19 situation) while Lenovo sends the missing cable - and that's assuming I ever get a support rep .
