Review on HBTower 12.5 FT Telescoping Ladder With 2 Triangle Stabilizers: Lightweight, Durable, And Versatile For RV Or Outdoor Work by Joe Lara

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very sturdy for its size, easy to set up

This ladder is great. It's a basic one sided ladder that you can lean against a wall or tree and it's actually quite stable. It's made of aluminum and plastic and quickly telescopes as high as you need it, so it's nice if you only need a 6 foot ladder. It's easier to carry than I was expecting. Keep in mind this ladder extends to over 12 feet in length so it's really cool that it can be stashed in a corner of your garage or home and it takes up significantly less space than a traditional ladder.Once extended, the ladder feels a little wobbly but as soon as you step on it, it's solid and I didn't feel in danger at any point that I used it. Weight limit is over 300 pounds so it's strong enough for the average person to use. The way the individual parts lock as you raise it works well and lowering it down just requires you to move in a couple plastic pieces that release the locks. One good use for a ladder like this would be to get on top of a tall RV. The ladder can store in a storage compartment that would never fit a normal ladder. Even the little giant style ladders are a lot larger and heavier than this one. Overall, I'm very happy with this ladder and for normal home use it should hold up for a while. I'm not sure how durable it would be if you used it every day commercially but so far I don't see any weak points where it is prone to breaking. There's a strap that wraps around the ladder once it's compressed to make it easier to carry without opening up.
