Had trouble with the fit but was easy enough to set up. Happy with the finished project.
The washer and locknut were smaller than the hole in the base of my ceramic Christmas tree. I had to go to the hardware store and buy some large washers to cover the top and bottom of the hole. Once I put them in, the rest of the setup was easy enough and my tree looks great. Beginners may want to watch tutorial videos before getting started.
