I ordered a 9.6 gallon to replace my 3 gallon configuration. Now I can get 6 gallons of porridge in one pass instead of 2 1/2. Delivery took 4 days (great). Arrived today and I couldn't wait. Assembly was easy, took about 20 minutes. Directions were ok, could have been better. I ran a test batch of vinegar and water to clean the facility and check for leaks. Everything went perfectly. No leaks. I noticed that the thermometer can tilt about 5 degrees towards the cool. Next to. The setup is well done. There are no leaks and the quality seems to match the price.
