Ideal for meat and poultry
Excellent thermometer. So far I've only used it for meat and poultry. I really like how quickly it shows the temperature. The probe folds into a plastic piece, which also comes in handy so you don't cut yourself rummaging through kitchen drawers. It's also pretty easy to clean. It's very easy to read, which is nice too. Overall I am very happy with this thermometer.
