Clif Fix provides an easy to use system that makes defect management in house easier - you don't have many options but getting results is fast as it has some simple templates for common problems that can be adapted (but always check with vendor). Reporting was not user-friendly. We solved this by implementing our own report module, so we could change how reporting works exactly as required at any time which helps speed up deployment. Good product overall although reporting needs improving. Easily set rules when entering data into reports allowing us faster delivery of information out to users across large organizations without having dedicated employees doing admin work manually all day long! The ease of use of the software. The ability to manage defects from one site. The software has an easy to use interface. There are times when the software will not open and you have to restart. This is a minor issue. It is a great system for tracking defects and repairs. I have been able to track our repairs and defects from one place. This has been a huge help! The software is great!
