Clif Fix provides an easy to use system that makes defect management in house easier - you don't have many options but getting results is fast as it has some simple templates for common problems that can be adapted (but always check with vendor). Reporting was not user-friendly. We solved this by implementing our own report module, so we could change how reporting works exactly as required at any time which helps speed up deployment.
