The best thing about this software is its ability to provide excellent customer service. It helps us to keep track of our clients and their issues. Also, we can easily communicate with them via email or chat. We can even see their location on Google maps. The only problem I have is that sometimes my computer freezes and I have to restart. To be honest, I don't like that part because it takes me out of the flow. But if you are looking for a tool to help you keep track of your clients, then this is definitely the right choice for you.
