Review on Norse Tradesman Tankard (16 Oz, Original, Polished) by Sandy Johnson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Mead and Ale never tasted so good.

Norse Tradesman traveled across the seas to the west by way of ship, navigating by the stars, the water the wood, the iron and shield until seeing a sign of a ruthless herd of beasts on the beach ahead. His beard damp with the days of salten spray, his hands firmly gripped his axe, knuckles white knowing myself, his loyal new customer, wanted only the finest horn to drink ale from. As he beached he raided, pillaged the beasts looking for the eyes of the beast that if fell would cause panic among the other beasts and retreat would be imminent. He tells me he fell this beast, cut horn from head and returned home to begin fulfilling my order. Pounded by he sea, crashed of waves coming down, wind and rain, like the drums of Thor and Odin sounded the night, unafraid and knowing he owed me a service within the two day prime membership terms he forged on and finished this chalice at sea. He made it through the night and brought the mug to his people's courier, who sailed the fastest boat in the Viking fleet. A man showed up at the door days later, tired and hungry with my mug, made by man from beast and bestowed it upon me. We invited him in for feast and ale yet he declined and stated that his King Daaxo Wares earl of Norse Tradesman required him from time to time to fill such orders as mine. I am torn between feelings of success in gaining such a Godly horn mug and the feeling that my new friends are going to have to do this all over again when I buy buy another from them.

Pros
  • 🍻 CHOOSE YOUR STYLE - Choose between multiple sizes (Large ≈ 16 oz / X-Large ≈ 30 oz / XX-Large ≈ 44 oz+), finishes (polished or unpolished) and engraving styles. Note, however, that horn size and color varies. These are 100% natural items!
Cons
  • The tankard may rust over time if not properly cared for
