Based on our own experience, these orthodontic replacement compatible irrigators are truly amazing! They easily remove plaque and food debris from hard-to-reach areas leaving our teeth and gums feeling clean and healthy. the water pressure IS adjustable, making it suitable for people with sensitive teeth and gums as well. The compact design makes it perfect for travel and storage .The only downside we found is that sometimes the water can spray outside of our mouths, but it's not a big deal.
