There are issues sometimes when you try to update your account but don't worry they have great customer service over live chat and phone calls if needed! They also provide discounts for multiple trucks using their system which makes things even better because we only pay per person not per unit. I like that you can track your car remotely without having it with me. You don't have to worry about leaving it somewhere while getting work done, etc. The only thing is that sometimes when you do need to use it (like if there's an accident), they require some additional money for each transaction. They also charge extra fees after the free trial period ends. It was very helpful when my dad got into an accident because he couldn't drive himself home, but now we are able to check up on him!
