These shoes look exactly like the photo. They are light and flexible, which definitely gives a barefoot feel. The soles of the shoes have a nice grippy texture that works well here when it rains a lot and the floors can be slippery. The colors are bright and cheerful, and the reflective strip on the back is a nice safety feature. These shoes do not have laces, but unlike some that do not adjust and stretch over time, these shoes have a toggle on the lace that allows you to tighten or loosen them to fit the width of your foot. Basically, I'm very satisfied. I will come back and edit this review after my son wore them to school this week for comfort and durability.
