A good thermometer for serious BBQ!
Dual probe thermometers are ideal for chefs who cook for multiple people and grill different types of meat at the same time. I typically use it on large meats like the Tri-Tip to control the center and ends to make sure they cook evenly and when to turn them. Can't beat it!
