I'm a "chameleon" on the flex scale of physics. I can put my whole hand on the ground and touch my toes, so I tried the recommended Fizik saddle. Antares VS and it killed me. I've bought a few other brands and all have had some level of discomfort. I saw a clip from Bike Fit Advisor on youtube and he said he had had a lot of success getting people fit with the Aliante. It is assumed that Aliante is intended for "cops", that is, for those who are not flexible at all. I love this saddle. As with all saddles, you will have to get off every now and then, but no complaints. I rode 45 miles the first day and there was no post ride numbness and no pain in my sit bones. I think the Fizik flex scale doesn't take into account how aggressively you ride. I'm an old man so I don't get into falls often, mostly onto hoods, so I don't need an aggressive saddle. I can't promise this will work for you, but it works great for me. My only issue is that I now have to buy two more bikes for my other bikes.
