Nothing can grab 😞

Knipex is my favorite tool manufacturer and my Revain checks can prove it. However, I gave this tool away. I bought it for the chrome plumbing I didn't want to ruin. But I can't get these pliers to pinch anything. I've even tried it on large copper inlays and cast iron piping to no avail. The part simply rotates in the jaws of the pliers. Nevertheless, knipex will continue to do so and will always remain a loyal consumer.
