First of all, I would like to say that this is not the first kitchen scale that I have owned. I also have a GreaterGoods kitchen scale that I have been using for almost two years now. I would also like to add that this is not my first FITINDEX product, I also have a digital scale. Since I love scales, I figured the kitchen scale would be my new favorite. After using it, here are my pros and cons. Pro: It's visually appealing. It appears that the scale is made of glass, and the digital numbers complement it perfectly. Pro: Like the scale, the scale connects to an app on your phone, which is frankly cool. Pros: You can easily edit the foods you add, like sodium or calorie content, etc. Now for some cons: The app seems to be limited to pre-added foods. There only seems to be the basics, so I had to add things like chips or cultured foods. Cons: I had trouble adding food to my diary / app layout could be simpler. Unlike scales, this food scale app seems to be in its early stages and not as user-friendly as it could be. itself is a great idea. I think the application itself could require more work, but I will continue to use the scale as I become more comfortable with it.
