Review on LG LG AEB72914210 Cooktop Griddle Assembly by Doug Virden

Very unfortunate that the first order had two chips in the non-stick coating on the hob so I sent it back having taken the frying pan and brought it to town and fell off. Then the second frying pan sent in had a larger chip in the non-stick coating. Even though the chip was on the handle, I was very upset. I just bought a new gas stove and STILL chose the factory frying pan. For so much money ( over $90) everything should be perfect. I ordered first on 10/4/21 and now on 10/15/21 what should I do? Roll the dice again? I feel these products are defective parts and should be reflected in the price. Talked to tech support and got no SATISFACTION!
