Low rating because due to the broken box, only part of the goods arrived on delivery. The original packaging was very thin cardboard (think of the really soft stuff that was sandwiched between the glass or ceramic plates to soften them up in transit) and couldn't handle a 58 pound load. Eventually it failed, and what was left the transport company put in another, slightly less flimsy box. The only parts of the product that made it to my house were the red bases - the black bushing adjusters got lost along the way. I would give the red bases 5 stars, they are well made and very durable, but I ordered a pair of bases and only received a pair of bases. Loading such heavy items into such a notoriously fragile box is a sad artifact of full employment. I don't know how to contact the seller to let them know or see if they have the desire or ability to do it right, but if they did I would adjust the star reward. I have both boxes with shipping labels and a warranty card. Maybe they can send a pair of Jacks in a better box.
