Wow, that thing is amazing! It is very easy to assemble (just insert the blade you want and screw on the handle) and use. I bought this because my other pasta - "pencil sharpener" / manual - was causing pain in my elbow. This one is effortless in comparison. It doesn't take up much countertop space, but I often make vegetable pasta these days, so I don't mind removing it. It is recommended to place on a non-porous surface (not on a tree) for good absorption (which is important). Tried it for the first time last night and loved the wavy noodles. I'll update this if there are any issues, but I expect to be enthusiastic about using this for the first few years.
