I wanted an automated opener because its becoming increasingly difficult to use a manual opener with arthritis. I wanted something compact in lieu of a counter top opener. This fit the compact category, so I wanted to try it. Like most things on Walmart now, there were no instructions in the box. It took me a number of attempts to figure out the correct way to place this on the can to make it work, even then it is slow and rarely works on the first go around, it normally needs to make atleast 2 rounds, even then the lid doesnt just pop off like it shows in the pictures. I decided to keep it, something automated is better than nothing.
