Excellent support and ability from staff

I like how easy it is for me as an office manager to get in contact with my provider's nurse consultant when there are issues that arise at work, or even if we just need help filling out forms! It would be nice to have more options available within this program than only being able to use your phone number. The benefits include having access 24/7 via chat through our website which helps us resolve any questions quickly without calling another department. We also can fill prescriptions online using the pharmacy portal feature - no more waiting around for hours while someone fills them by hand. This has helped reduce wait times tremendously since most people don't want you standing over their shoulder during busy shifts trying to refill medications they're responsible for taking. Our nurses now know what drugs we take before coming into work so all medication orders go straight to Pharmacy Online instead of going back & forth between departments. There isn�.
