Review on Aeromotive 15609 Ring Reducer Fitting by Robert Hole

Product more than adequate but customer service was terrible. Bought an ORB-10 filter for use in a vintage car. After ordering, I found that the threads were non-standard, so I called Aeromotive to help me find the correct fittings to match my fuel system. After 15-20 minutes on the phone I was told that if I wanted to use their 100 micron pre-filter I would have to do some serious work (like talking to a tech) to get the fittings I needed. I wanted a pre-filter but didn't have time to work on it so I put the project on hold until the Christmas break when I could have access to the machine shop. With the Christmas holidays coming up I do some research on their website and it turns out they offer a similar product with standard NPT threads. I want to buy an $80 NPT threaded aeromotor pre-filter but I'm seriously bummed that I now have over $200 worth of gear that I don't need and I could easily return it if your customer service rep knew what the hell he was talking about. . Not a happy customer.
