Review on 🏊 Whitestone Garmin Forerunner 745 GPS Running & Triathlon Smartwatch Bundle with Wearable4U White Earbuds & Charging Power Bank Case by Reginald Pitt

This is my third Garmin smartwatch. Starting from my trusty F235, the 745 is a major upgrade. I've recently started running and cycling so I was looking for an updated tracking tool - the F745 is perfect for both. I recently ordered the Whoop 4.0 which looks very interesting in terms of tracking data like sleep, heart rate variability and overall daily body tension. 745 comes very close without the monthly subscription that Whoop requires. Garmin uses something called the Body Battery, which gives you a calculated "score" for how well you're "charged" throughout the day. Score from zero to one hundred. Not much different than your smartphone. It is interesting to look at this account during the day. There are many things to like about the new 745. YouTube also has some great reviews. My only complaint is that the charging solution is a bit patchy, but that's about it. I highly recommend the Forerunner 745!
