Good value, but I was surprised that the juices from watermelon stained the surface. I placed a paper towel over the cutting board and poured a dilute bleach solution on the paper towel. The stains were removed the following morning. Oddly, blood from a beef roast did not stain the cutting board. However, cutting up the water melon took about 15 minutes whereas cutting the beef took less than 4 minutes…so staining may occur if the cutting board is not cleaned quickly after use.
