It gets your windows moving
Great item, replaced my 2004 Matrix side window relay with this in less than 3 hours although I would say once the repair is complete it can be done in 40 minutes. No prior mechanic experience is required for installation, just determination and basic brain function. I suggest you have regular automotive/household tools handy before starting. Also, with the new relay installed, my driver's side power window is much faster than all the other 3 in my car, it really works.
